How long does my Journey Japan eSIM plan last?
It depends on your plan! Our 10GB, 20GB, & 50GB Japan Data Plans all allow up to 30 days of usage, while our True Unlimited 5G plans are available in 7-day, 15-day, and 30-day durations. Once installed and activated, the usage period will begin.
Will Journey Japan eSIM Unlimited Plan restrict my daily data usage?
Nope! There is no daily throttling, speed reduction, or daily threshold for cellular data use attached to this plan. The Journey Japan eSIM Unlimited Plans are meant to feel truly unlimited!
How can I check how much data I have left?
By accessing your eSIM profile you can check how much data usage remains. This link can be found in your eSIM activation email. Also, you can check through your device’s setting under the “Cellular” or “Mobile Data” section. For iOS, go to Settings -> Cellular -> Mobile Data. For Android, go to Settings and search for “Data usage.”
