What is your refund policy?
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and granted solely at our discretion. All refund decisions are final. Refunds are not eligible for non-activated plans, partially used data plans, locked devices, device compatibility issues (i.e. your device is not on the compatibility list), accidental eSIM deletion or removal, unrelated charges (i.e. alternative SIMs or providers) mishandling of eSIM set up, or cases of abuse or policy violations. For special campaigns or referral programs, specific refund terms may apply and will take precedence over this policy where applicable.
