When will I receive my eSIM?
You should receive your eSIM confirmation email within 5-15 minutes! In case it doesn't arrive right away, be sure to check your spam and promotions folders before reaching out. If you still can't find it after checking your folders, feel free to contact us via the chatbox or contact form, and we'll be happy to help!

When should I activate my eSIM?
Great question! Activation can be done anywhere with a Wi-Fi connection, not just in Japan. Therefore, it’s recommended to activate your eSIM just before boarding your flight to Japan or immediately after arriving. Please note, after an eSIM plan is purchased, you will have a 3-day grace period to activate your eSIM (This information is subject to change). If not activated within this time, the 30-day usage period will begin automatically. Additionally, activations are unavailable on Tuesday nights from 9 PM to Wednesday mornings at 10 AM JST due to the telecom company’s scheduled weekly maintenance. Thank you for your understanding.
