When purchasing data through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All purchases are subject to our acceptance and availability of the product. All sales are final, and refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Journey Japan eSIM.

Activation and plan validity. Every eSIM must be activated within a fixed activation window starting on the date of purchase: 45 days for Japan eSIM Data Plans (10GB, 20GB and 50GB) and 180 days for True Unlimited 5G Plans (7-day, 15-day and 30-day). If the eSIM has not been activated by the end of that window, it is activated automatically and the plan's validity period begins to run from that date, whether or not the eSIM has been installed or used. Once begun, the validity period runs continuously and cannot be paused, extended, restarted or transferred, and any data or days remaining at its end expire and are not refundable or transferable.
